I grew up in Rose-
ville, and was happy to know of the two cities' special connection.
As Communications Director of Magnus Theatre - a highly regarded professional
theatre company in Canada - it was my responsibility to market and promote the
company's activities throughout the region. I have strong organizational and
supervisory skills, and have successfully worked with numerous groups and vol-
unteers in past positions.
The Canadian Days Coordinator position appeals to me because I feel it
would be an interesting challenge. I would enjoy promoting awareness of Thunder
Bay within the Twin Cities, and believe that I am uniquely suited to the position.
My current position with Twin Cities Public Television is part -time and I work
mainly at night. As my hours can be flexible, I would have no trouble meeting
the responsibilities of the Canadian Days Coordinator position.
I look forward to hearing from you, and discussing further my qualifications
for the position. I will be in Thunder Bay until April 4, but you can reach me
after that at the phone number on the resume, or at 229 -1166 (KTCA).
Sincerely youys,
KinY Carmean
Page 10
