MAY -22 -1990 13:33 FROM SWEENEY & BORER TO LITTLE - CANADA CITY OF LITTLE CANADA RESOLUTION NO. P.04/05 RESOLUTION APPROVING APPRAISALS OF VALUE FOR REAL PROPERTY TO BE ACQUIRED RELATIVE TO LITTLE CANADA IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 89 -16 WHEREAS, the Little Canada City Council has adopted Resolution No. 90 -2 -115 ordering condemnation and authorizing the acquisition of necessary permanent and temporary easements for utility, drainage and construction purposes within the City of Little Canada in connection with the construction of Little Canada Improvement Project 89 -16 through the exercise of the power of eminent domain, and WHEREAS, a condemnation proceeding has been Commenced in the District Court of Ramsey County, and WHEREAS, the City shall require possession of the permanent and temporary easements owned by the respondents described in the Petition which has been filed in the office of the District Court Administrator, Ramsey County, prior to the filing of an award by the Court appointed Commissioners, and WHEREAS, the City has notified the owners of the subject property by certified mail of the intent to possess said property, pursuant to Minnesota Statute Section 117.042, and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Little Canada City Council, that the following appraised value of the easements to be acquired, are hereby approved. Partnership 1,000.00 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Little Canada that the City Attorneys be authorized to pay said approved appraisals of value to the owners of the subject property or to deposit with the Court an amount equal to said approved appraisals of value on or before June 6, 1990.
