6. The City assumes no responsibility hereby for any acts of the <br />Department, nor for any injuries or losses to members or to the <br />equipment or trucks of the Department; and the Department hereby <br />agrees to keep its men, equipment, and trucks properly covered by <br />insurance at no expense to the City, so as to protect the Department, <br />its members and any third persons from any loss by reason of <br />negligence or misconduct on the part of the Department or its <br />members. <br />7. In addition, the City of Little Canada shall pay to the <br />Little Canada Volunteer Fire Relief Association a sum equal to the <br />State -Aid benefit for 1990, but not to exceed $22,500.00 (Twenty -two <br />Thousand, Five Hundred and no /100. <br />8.
