to provide copies to the number of anticipated bidders. <br />1.3.3. Incorporate all pertinent utility locations in the plans as <br />provided by the respective utility companies or agencies. It is <br />understood that the information provided may only give the general <br />location. The exact location is to be determined in the field by the <br />utility company after a construction contract has been executed. <br />1.3.4. Assist the City in obtaining all necessary approvals, permits <br />and licenses from the Minnesota Department of Transportation, <br />Minnesota Department of Natural Resources, Minnesota Pollution <br />Control Agency, Minnesota Department of Health, Metropolitan Waste <br />Control Commission, Ramsey County Public Works Department, United <br />States Corps of Engineers, Ramsey- Washington Watershed District and <br />all other agencies and bodies having jurisdiction of any phase of the <br />Project. <br />1.3.5. Assist the City in obtaining legal descriptions and a set of <br />plans, half- section maps, plat maps or sketches which depict the <br />permanent and temporary easements and rights -of -way needed for <br />implementation of the Project. Assist the City in obtaining <br />right -of -way and easement descriptions. <br />1.3.6. Arrange for making of all required sub - surface exploration <br />and additional soil tests necessary to supplement those performed in <br />the Preliminary Report Phase. <br />1.3.7. Advise the City as to the necessity of obtaining services in <br />addition to those furnished by the Consultant under this Agreement, <br />including the types of services described in SECTION 2, "ADDITIONAL <br />SERVICES ", and if concurred with and authorized in writing by the <br />City, the Consultant shall assist the City in obtaining such <br />services. <br />Page 4 <br />Page 19 <br />
