1.5.16. Arrange for the City to receive detailed instructions <br />regarding the operation and maintenance of any equipment, machinery <br />or apparatus installed as a part of the Project. Such instruction <br />shall be supplied by the contractor and manufacturer's <br />representative; two (2) copies of operational and maintenance manuals <br />shall be supplied with such instruction. <br />1.6. Assessment Phase <br />Attend assessment public hearings explaining the Project, it's <br />cost and proposed assessment based on adopted City policies relating <br />to assessments. <br />SECTION 2. ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br />2.1. General <br />If authorized in writing by the City, the Consultant shall <br />furnish or obtain from others additional services which are not <br />covered herein by Section 1. "CONSULTANT'S SERVICES." Payment for <br />such services shall be as provided herein in SECTION 4. "PAYMENT TO <br />THE CONSULTANT ". Said Additional Services include but are not <br />limited to construction staking, services required due to significant <br />changes in the design of the Project required by the City, changes in <br />size, complexity or character of construction which occur after <br />approval of the Construction Documents or of the detailed working <br />plans or specifications not caused by errors or oversights in design <br />on the part of the Consultant. <br />2.1.1. The Consultant shall observe, to the same extent as provided <br />in Section 1.5.3, the replacement of all such parts of the Project as <br />may be damaged by fire or other cause during construction and assist <br />Page 9 <br />Page 24 <br />
