When reviewing the valuations <br />associated with our major structures (Fire Hall, City Hall, <br />Public Works Garage, etc.), we should attempt to ensure <br />their adequacy. Therefore, I am giving you this material <br />to review from the standpoint that if you feel values <br />associated with our major buildings are inadequate, the <br />proposal from the League of Minnesota Cities would be worth <br />pursuing.
