MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />JUNE 14, 1990 <br />Motion seconded by Pedersen. <br />Motion carried 5 - 2. DeLonais and Herkenhoff voting <br />against. <br />SCHLOER Mr. Greg Schloer, owner of 43 West County Road C, <br />PROPERTY appeared before the Commission requesting approval of <br />DIVISION the division of his property into two lots. <br />The City Planner reviewed his report dated June 8, 1990 <br />recommending approval subject to the conditions as <br />contained in that report. The Planner stated that he <br />did have one correction to the report. That is, that <br />the newly created lot would be subject to a park <br />dedication fee at the time that a building permit was <br />issued for the property. <br />There was no one present from the audience wishing to <br />comment on this matter. <br />DeLonais recommended approval of the division of the <br />Schloer property at 43 West County Road C as submitted <br />subject to compliance with the recommendations of the <br />City Planner as contained in his report dated June 8, <br />1990, in addition to the requirement of park dedication <br />fee on the newly- created lot at the time of issuance of <br />a building permit for that lot. <br />Motion seconded by Costa. <br />Motion carried 7 -.0. <br />DUCHARME Mr. Larry Hauk, attorney representing Mrs. Ducharme, <br />PROPERTY appeared before the Commission requesting adjustment <br />DIVISION of a lot line through the Ducharme property located at <br />720 and 738 East County Road B -2, which would make the <br />eastern parcel larger. Hauk reported that Mrs. <br />Ducharme is requesting this adjustment as part of her <br />estate planning. Both lots would meet City Code <br />requirements. <br />There was no one from the general public present <br />wishing to comment on this matter. <br />Mr. DeLonais recommended approval of the Ducharme <br />property division for property located at 720 and 738 <br />East County Road B -2 subject to compliance with the <br />recommendations of the City Planner as contained in his <br />report dated June 14, 1990. <br />Page .6 <br />
