The total minimum floor <br />area for the establishment must be 1200 <br />square feet. <br />Restaurant is defined as an establishment <br />having facilities to seat 30 guests at <br />once. <br />On -sale liquor licenses are available <br />to a business which has invested at least <br />$500,000 (based on 1985 construction costs) <br />for fees, site development, construction <br />costs, utilities, furnishings, :and fixtures, <br />exclusive of land. <br />A restaurant must have seating for at <br />least 100 guests at a time. At least <br />50% of the gross receipts during the first <br />year of business must be attributed to <br />food. <br />A restaurant must have seating for 30 <br />persons at one time. <br />A restaurant must have seating for 150 <br />guests. The value of the building, ex- <br />clusive of land and fixtures, must be <br />$250,000.. The percentage of alcohol sales <br />must not exceed 60 percent of gross sales. <br />A restaurant must have seating for at <br />least 200 guests at one time.
