RECOMMENDATION <br />Based on the previous review, our office recommends approval of <br />the Ducharme resubdivision request subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. The resubdivision plan is modified to illustrate utility <br />easements along all property lines. All easements shall be <br />subject to review by the City Engineer. <br />2.
