CONCLUSION <br />Generally, our office finds the proposed Kush lot split to be <br />acceptable. As such, we recommend subdivision approval subject <br />to the fulfillment of the following conditions: <br />1. The southerly extension of Leeward Way is designated as <br />public right -of -way rather than an easement. <br />2. A temporary cul -de -sac is provided at the southern <br />termination of Leeward Way in accordance with Section <br />1006.030 (d) of the City Subdivision Ordinance. <br />3. The applicants post a security for the future demolition of <br />their existing single family residence.
