JUL- 06- 1990 11:11 FROM SWEENEY & BORER <br />TO LITTLE - CANADA P.03 /04 <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 815 OF THE <br />MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />BY ADDING SECTION 815.020 RELATING TO <br />THE LITTLE CANADA TRADE AREA <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE CANADA HEREBY ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. <br />Section 815.020 of the Municipal Code of the City of Little <br />Canada is hereby added to read as follows: <br />8.15.020. TRADE AREA. The Little Canada trade area is <br />defined as the corporate boundaries of the City of Little Canada <br />and the corporate boundaries of each city contiguous to the City <br />of Little Canada. <br />(A) Fifty percent (50 %) of the net profits from lawful <br />gambling conducted within the City of Little Canada by <br />organizations holding Class A or B Licenses shall be expended on <br />lawful purposes conducted within the Little Canada trade area. <br />(B) This ordinance shall apply to all net profits <br />distributed after the effective date of this ordinance. <br />Section 2. <br />This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and <br />after its passage and publication. <br />PASSED by. the City Council of Little Canada this <br />day of , 1990. <br />ATTEST: <br />Joel R.
