were located along the sides or rear areas of property to preserve front areas for <br />parking lots and, hopefully, green space. <br />This applicant has not complied with the terms of the original permit, and has not <br />indicated a willingness to provide information related to drainage that would support a <br />change in the terms of the permit that currently exists. Planning staff does not <br />recommend approval of this permit. There is no indication that the permit would <br />improve conditions on the property. <br />Conditions in some areas of Ryan Industrial Park have been improving due to ongoing <br />code enforcement efforts. Several owners have made improvements to their properties. <br />Automobile oriented uses have continued to be a problem.
