relationships are incompatible because of the zoning B -3 <br />General Business District. <br />In addition to the maintenance of the dwellings, the <br />structures in the rear of the above - mentioned parcels are <br />found to be structurally substandard or would require <br />substantial renovation. These locations are as follows: <br />* 2828 Condit Street - Structures, a total of two, on <br />the northwest corner of the property. A <br />considerable amount of settlement of the building <br />has taken place and has caused the structure to <br />become structurally unsafe. Also on the southwest <br />corner of the property a similar condition has taken <br />place on the building. <br />* 2942 Condit Street - Structures, a total of three, <br />two of which are located in the rear of the <br />property. All have settled and are in need of <br />repair or reconstruction. <br />2888 Nadeau Road - Structures, a total of five, are <br />located in the rear of the property of which there <br />are three. All have had some settlement and would <br />need additional attention to eliminate'any major <br />remodeling or reconstruction. <br />2924 Condit Street - Structures, a total of four, <br />are located in the rear of the property of which <br />there are three. All have settled and are in need <br />of repair or reconstruction. <br />2929 Country Drive - Structures, a total of two, one <br />which is located in the rear of the property. The <br />building appears to have settlement due to cracks in <br />the block work. <br />* 2944 Condit Street - Structures, a total of three, <br />two which are located in the rear of the property <br />presently one is being occupied by a business. Both <br />are in need of repair due to settlement. <br />In all cases, the buildings have evidence of either <br />maintenance or rebuilding. However, the buildings have <br />outlived their useful life expectancy and as a <br />consequence the buildings could have been replaced by new <br />ones in the normal chain of events of remodeling_ or ne.+ <br />construction. <br />Page 35 <br />
