The building appears to have settlement due to cracks in the block work. * 2944 Condit Street - Structures, a total of three, two which are located in the rear of the property presently one is being occupied by a business. Both are in need of repair due to settlement. In all cases, the buildings have evidence of either maintenance or rebuilding.
