The successful bidder agrees that any structures acquired for <br />the purpose of relocation will be moved outside the City limits <br />of Little Canada, Minnesota. <br />2. The successful bidder acknowledges that an inspection of the <br />premises has been made to ascertain the condition of the <br />structures. <br />3. The successful bidder agrees that the property is being acquired <br />"AS IS" and that no attempt will be made to hold the City <br />responsible for any changes occurring in the condition of the <br />.structures. <br />4. The successful bidder will obtain all necessary permits and <br />approvals prior to moving of the structures. Copies of the <br />approvals will be provided to the City as evidence of fulfillment <br />of this condition. Agencies to be contacted include the City of <br />Little Canada, Ramsey County, the State of Minnesota, and any <br />other jurisdiction affected by this process. <br />5. The successful bidder agrees to comply with all posted weight <br />limits existing on any public thoroughfare or right -of -way. <br />6. The successful bidder agrees to furnish the City with a <br />certificate of insurance naming the City as an additional insured <br />and providing for ten (10) days notice of cancellation which <br />indicates coverage for general liability, property damage, and <br />worker's compensation. <br />7. The successful bidder acknowledges that no attempt will be made <br />to move the structure, including any on -site preparations, <br />located at 2714 Centerville Road until May 1, 1990.
