The successful bidder agrees to obtain a licensed contractor to <br />cap any existing on -site wells located on the property where <br />structures are acquired. Said capping will be done in accordance <br />with Minnesota Department of Health standards. <br />9. After removing structures, the successful bidder will clean -up <br />any and all debris from the site associated with the moving <br />activity. Said debris disposal will be in compliance with <br />current waste disposal regulations. The successful bidder will <br />be allowed to leave any concrete, concrete block, or rock <br />foundation as well as poured concrete floors on the site. <br />10. The successful bidder agrees to fence the remaining hole, caused <br />by removal of structures with basements, to protect others using <br />the property from possible injury due to falling or other <br />incidents. <br />11. The successful bidder agrees to have all structures acquired <br />removed from the property, including clean -up of the site, by no <br />later than May 31, 1990. Requests for extensions may be <br />considered in unique circumstances. In no event will an <br />extension be granted when delays are due to timing decisions or <br />negligence on the part of the successful bidder. <br />12. The successful bidder agrees to pay the City $100 per day as <br />liquidated damages for each and every day completion extends <br />beyond the May 31, 1990 completion date, unless an extension has <br />been approved. (Said approval to be in writing.) <br />13.
