3. The three parallel parking stalls located on the site's <br />southern borders are increased in depth to meet minimum <br />stall requirements. In addition, the drive aisle which <br />lies parallel to the said stalls should be increased to a <br />width of 24 feet. <br />4. The proposed curb cut locations and widths are found to be <br />acceptable by the City Engineer. <br />5. The submitted site plan is revised to illustrate designated <br />stacking space for car wash patrons. <br />6. The applicant submit the following plans: <br />- Grading and Drainage Plan <br />- Utility Plan <br />- Lighting Plan <br />- Signage Plan <br />Such plans shall be subject to further review prior to final <br />CUP approval. <br />7. The subject site is paved and curbed to control dust and <br />drainage. <br />8. The proposed convenience gas facility adhere to all <br />operational requirements set forth within Section 912.040.0 <br />of the City Ordinance. <br />9. No outdoor storage is to occur upon the subject site except <br />in compliance with Section 911.040.D. of the Ordinance. <br />10. The site plan is modified to illustrate the location of all <br />loading and trash handling areas. <br />11.
