MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />March 8, 1990 <br />ZERO LOT <br />LINE <br />SUBDIVISION <br />BUECHLER <br />Bendel suggested that the procedures be adopted as a <br />guideline, and not with the intentions of being <br />restrictive. <br />Pedersen moved to adopt the hearing procedure guideline <br />as submitted. <br />Motion seconded by Bendel. <br />Motion carried 4 - 3. Pedersen, Bendel, Drabik, Garske <br />voting in favor and Herkenhoff, Costa, DeLonais voting <br />against. <br />Mr. Carl Buechler appeared before the Commission <br />requesting approval of a zero lot line subdivision of <br />existing double bungalow building located at 104 -106 <br />East Old County Road C into two separate properties. <br />The City Planner recommended approval of the request <br />subject to the recommendations as contained in his <br />report dated March 5, 1990. The Planner also pointed <br />out that Mr. Buechler had a similar request approved a <br />couple of years ago, and as part of that approval <br />process a PUD Agreement was entered into between Mr. <br />Buechler and the City which ran with the land. <br />Herkenhoff recommended approval of the zero lot line <br />subdivision of the existing double bungalow building at <br />104 -106 East Old County Road C into two separate <br />properties subject to the recommendations as contained <br />in the City Planner's report dated March 5, 1990. <br />Motion seconded by Costa. <br />Motion carried 7 - 0. <br />CUP FOR Mr. Paul Kaufman, Slumberland, appeared before the <br />RETAIL SALES Commission requesting approval of a Conditional Use <br />SLUMBERLAND Permit to allow retail sales in an Industrial Park <br />District of home furnishings from the area within the <br />Slumberland building designated as retail space in the <br />Page 2 <br />
