The project's second <br />phase proposes the construction of a 74,000 square foot building <br />addition directly west of the site's existing structure. The <br />phased construction process was recognized in initial phase <br />development review. As shown on the submitted site plan, the existing <br />parking lot is to be expanded northward to provide an additional <br />327 spaces or a total on -site parking supply of 489 spaces. The <br />plan also makes reference to a future parking deck which would' <br />accompany Phase III development.
