Minnesota Statutes <br />have adopted the Uniform Relocation Assistance and <br />Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970, as <br />amended by the Surface Transportation and Uniform <br />Relocation Assistance Act of 1989. <br />At least two displacees will be eligible for <br />relocation assistance in the initial fire station <br />project. <br />3. Fire Station <br />The EDA proposes to cause to be constructed a <br />11,200 square foot fire station to be located at <br />the northwest quadrant of the intersection of <br />Centerville Road and Little Canada Road (see <br />Redevelopment Area Map, Exhibit B). <br />The City selected the site after researching four <br />alternative fire station sites.
