The City Council, acting as the Board of <br />Adjustments, denied the variance requests based on lack of <br />hardship present. Mr. Valento has appealed the Board's decision <br />to the City Council. The procedure for appeals is the same as <br />for variances. The City Council may hear the appeal under those <br />same criteria, upon a recommendation from the Planning <br />Commission.
