Office of:
JOEL R. HANSON, Administrator
515 Little Canada Road
Little Canada, MN 55117
612.484 -2177
FAX: 612 - 484 -4538
CITY OF LITTLE CANADA
RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA
MEMO
TO: Mayor & City Council
City Administrator
FROM: David B. Harris
Superintendent of Public Works).-
DATE: January 22, 1990
RE: Public Works Employee Hiring
On January 17, 1990 the interviews were held for the
laborer position in the Public Works Department. The six
final applicants were interviwed by two Superintendents
from other cities, Dave Wisdorf, Mahtomedi and Mike Ulrich,
Mounds View. All applicants were asked the same questions
and were judged on the responses they gave. My role in the
interview process was mostly as an observer. I answered
questions pertaining to benefits, work hours, etc. It was
the consensus of the two Superintendents after the
interviews that John Datko was the most qualified
applicant. After reviewing the tests and the interviewers'
notes, I have to recommend that John Datko be hired
full -time contingent on his passing a physical.
DBH:bj
Page 20
MAYOR
Michael Fahey
COUNCIL
Beverly Scalze
Bill Blazoner
Rick Collova
Jim LaValle
