Legally non - conforming <br />accessory buildings constructed on single <br />family parcels prior to June 25, 1980 shall <br />be allowed to be rebuilt at their prior side <br />yard setback distance, provided such setback <br />is at least five (5) feet Accessory <br />buildings shall in all other cases maintain a <br />minimum interior side yard setback of ten <br />(10) feet.
