B. Farm Buildings within three hundred (300) feet of an <br />existing . residence or residential platted lot provided <br />that: <br />C. <br />1. The provisions of Section 921.010, C of this <br />Ordinance are considered and satisfactorily met. <br />Residential planned unit development as regulated by <br />Section 923 of this Ordinance. <br />905.050. LOT REQUIREMENTS AND SETBACKS. The following <br />minimum requirements shall be observed in an "R -1" District <br />subject to additional requirements, exceptions and modifications <br />set forth in this Ordinance. <br />A. Side Yards: <br />* *a. <br />Any parcel of land upon which a single family <br />residence was constructed prior to June 25, <br />1980 shall maintain a minimum five (5) foot <br />interior side yard setback for the principal <br />building, future attached additions to such <br />building, and from any existing or newly <br />created lot lines. Legally non - conforming <br />accessory buildings constructed on single <br />family parcels prior to June 25, 1980 shall <br />be allowed to be rebuilt at their prior side <br />yard setback distance, provided such setback <br />is at least five (5) feet Accessory <br />buildings shall in all other cases maintain a <br />minimum interior side yard setback of ten <br />(10) feet.
