CONCLUSION <br />Based on the previous review, it is evident that the applicant <br />has not experienced any genuine hardship due to the <br />interpretation of the Ordinance. While it is recognized that a <br />physical separation in on -site structures does exist, the Rice at <br />C Center development must be considered a single retail <br />establishment subject to applicable signage requirements.
