MINUTES <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />FEBRUARY 8, 1990 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular <br />meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 8th day of <br />February, 1990 in the Council Chambers of the City <br />Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Robert Pedersen called the meeting to order at 7:30 <br />P.M. and the following members of the Commission were <br />present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Robert Pedersen, Chairperson <br />Dave Bendel <br />Peter Costa <br />Gene DeLonais <br />Claudia Drabik <br />Stephen Garske <br />Art Herkenhoff <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Joel R. Hanson, City Administrator <br />Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Kathy Glanzer, Recording Secretary <br />There being no corrections to the minutes of the <br />January 11, 1990 Planning Commission meeting, the <br />minutes stood approved as read. <br />HOWE /GRIEMAN Mr. Gordie Howe appeared before the Commission <br />SUBDIVISION requesting review of a subdivision sketch plan <br />SKETCH PLAN for development of the property located at 177 East <br />County Road B into approximately 48 single - family lots. <br />Howe reported that his original request had been to <br />develop the property with 22 single - family lots and 26 <br />rambler -type townhouse lots. However, after speaking <br />with marketing people he has changed the request, and <br />is proposing approximately 48 single - family lots. Howe <br />reported that Mr. Grieman is planning to retain Lot 26 <br />shown on the sketch plan submitted to the Commission. <br />Mr. Grieman will demolish the existing older home on <br />the property and will rebuild. Howe pointed out that <br />proposed lot widths are 85 feet and lot depths range <br />from 180 feet to 300 feet. <br />Page 1 <br />
