The Council is seeking Planning Commission input as to <br />general acceptability of the project in the proposed location. <br />The developer's architect has provided a preliminary site plan <br />for City review at this stage. If found to be appropriate, <br />following applications for rezoning, conditional use permits, or <br />planned unit development will be required in order to proceed. <br />Several categories of issues are addressed in the paragraphs <br />below. At this time, it should be assumed that any issues left <br />unaddressed will meet or exceed the various Ordinance <br />requirements. Documentation will be required in the future <br />, applications. <br />LAND USE <br />Senior citizen housing is allowed in the R -B District by <br />conditional use permit subject to the following requirements: <br />1. Not more than ten (10) percent of the occupants may be <br />persons sixty (60) years of age or under (spouse of a person <br />over sixty (60) years of age or caretakers, etc.). <br />2.
