Office of:
JOEL R. HANSON, Administrator
515 Little Canada Road
Little Canada, MN 55117
612.484-2177
FAX: 612-484-4538
CITY OF LITTLE CANADA
RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA
MEMORANDUM
TO: Mayor Fahey and Members of the City Council
FROM: Joel Hanson, City Administrator
DATE: October 19, 1990
RE: Pioneer Park Change Orders
Attached are the change orders relating to the Pioneer Park
building project and a memo from Dick Krumm, the City's
Architect, regarding the explanation of each of these
change orders.
In reviewing these change orders relative to Dick Krumm's
letter of October 18, 1990, I would make the following
comments:
* Change Order A - Previously approved.
* Change Order B - Previously approved.
* Change Order C - This change order is reasonable
and should be approved. One may question the
judgment of the architect to handle this matter
via change order versus an addendum to the bid
documents. The architect contends that time
constraints made this impracticle. Therefore, his
response seems appropriate.
* Change Order D - This change order should be
approved as presented.
Page 103
MAYOR
Michael Fahey
COUNCIL
Beverly ScaIzo
Bill Blazoner
Rick Collova
Jim LaValle
