MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />OCTOBER 11, 1990 <br />improved public street as requested by Mr. Timothy <br />Murphy for the property located at 743 East County Road <br />B-2 since the property is unique to the area and the <br />private driveway situation has existed for many years. <br />Motion seconded by Bendel. <br />Motion carried 7 - 0. <br />LOT SPLIT The City Planner reviewed the lot split proposed by <br />61 & 67 W. Direct Builders for the property at 61 and 67 West <br />COUNTY ROAD C County Road C. The Planner pointed out that the <br />applicant is proposing a lot depth of 134 feet, and his <br />recommendation is that the depth be 135 feet to keep <br />the property lines in the area consistent. <br />Mr. DeLonais recommended approval of the lot split for <br />61 West County Road C as requested by Direct Builders <br />subject to the recommendations of the City Planner as <br />contained in his report dated October 10, 1990. <br />Motion seconded by Drabik. <br />Motion carried 7 - 0. <br />Mr. DeLonais recommended approval of the lot split for <br />67 West County Road C as requested by Direct Builders <br />subject to the recommendations of the City Planner as <br />contained in his report dated October 10, 1990. <br />Motion seconded by Herkenhoff. <br />Motion carried 7 - 0. <br />LOT SPLIT Mr. Joseph DeNucci appeared before the Commission <br />BURKE LANE - requesting approval of the division of his property on <br />DENUCCI Burke Lane into three lots. <br />The City Planner pointed out that while the Code allows <br />for this property division with meets and bounds <br />description, due to the complicated legals involved the <br />County Recorder may require the property to be platted. <br />If a plat is required, it would have to come back <br />through the process for approval. <br />Mr. Pederson recommended approval of the lot split as <br />requested by Mr. Joseph DeNucci for his property on <br />Burke Lane subject to the recommendations of the City <br />Planner as contained in his report dated October 9, <br />1990. <br />Page 10 <br />
