MINUTES PLANNING COMMISSION OCTOBER 11, 1990 improved public street as requested by Mr. Timothy Murphy for the property located at 743 East County Road B-2 since the property is unique to the area and the private driveway situation has existed for many years. Motion seconded by Bendel. Motion carried 7 - 0. LOT SPLIT The City Planner reviewed the lot split proposed by 61 & 67 W. Direct Builders for the property at 61 and 67 West COUNTY ROAD C County Road C. The Planner pointed out that the applicant is proposing a lot depth of 134 feet, and his recommendation is that the depth be 135 feet to keep the property lines in the area consistent. Mr. DeLonais recommended approval of the lot split for 61 West County Road C as requested by Direct Builders subject to the recommendations of the City Planner as contained in his report dated October 10, 1990. Motion seconded by Drabik. Motion carried 7 - 0. Mr. DeLonais recommended approval of the lot split for 67 West County Road C as requested by Direct Builders subject to the recommendations of the City Planner as contained in his report dated October 10, 1990. Motion seconded by Herkenhoff. Motion carried 7 - 0. LOT SPLIT Mr. Joseph DeNucci appeared before the Commission BURKE LANE - requesting approval of the division of his property on DENUCCI Burke Lane into three lots. The City Planner pointed out that while the Code allows for this property division with meets and bounds description, due to the complicated legals involved the County Recorder may require the property to be platted. If a plat is required, it would have to come back through the process for approval. Mr. Pederson recommended approval of the lot split as requested by Mr. Joseph DeNucci for his property on Burke Lane subject to the recommendations of the City Planner as contained in his report dated October 9, 1990.
