MINUTES <br />FREDERICKS- <br />HAVEN <br />PRELIMINARY <br />PLAT <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />October 11, 1990 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular <br />meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the llth day of <br />October, 1990 in the Council Chambers of the City <br />Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Robert Pedersen called the meeting-to order at 7:30 <br />P.M. and the following members of the Commission were <br />present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Robert Pedersen, Chairman <br />Dave Bendel <br />Peter Costa <br />Gene DeLonais <br />Claudia Drabik <br />Steve Garske <br />Art Herkenhoff <br />ALSO PRESENT: Kathy Glanzer, Recording Secretary <br />Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />There being no corrections to the minutes of the <br />September 13, 1990 Planning Commission meeting, those <br />minutes stood approved as read. <br />The City Planner reviewed his report dated October 8, <br />1990 regarding the Frederickshaven preliminary plat. <br />The Planner indicated that he was concerned about the <br />grades at the rear yards of the lots proposed on the <br />west side of the extension of Sunrise Drive. The <br />Planner reported that the applicant has not submitted <br />grading and drainage information as yet, and suggested <br />that action on the preliminary plat be tabled until <br />these plans can be reviewed. Otherwise, the Commission <br />could approve the preliminary plat subject to review <br />and approval of these issues by the City Engineer. <br />Costa asked if the property was buildable. <br />Mr. Gordie Howe, the applicant, replied that it was. <br />Howe reported that typically review of grading and <br />drainage plans is done by the City Engineer and staff. <br />Page 1 <br />
