Contingency $ 125 000 <br />$1,264,000 <br />Kraus- Anderson Bid Receipt <br />(Including construction management fee and sales tax) <br />. Cost of Construction $1,190,697 X 7% = $83,349 <br />. Contingency $ 50,000 <br />$1,240,697 <br />Fire Station Fee Adjustment $3,584 <br />CITY HALL <br />Our fee for the City Hall should be adjusted as follows: <br />Boarman & Associates Estimate /Revised Owner Budget <br />• Cost of Construction $420,000 X 8% = $33,600 <br />• Contingency $ 40 000 <br />$460,000 <br />Kraus- Anderson Bid Receipt <br />(Including construction management fee and sales tax) <br />. Cost of Construction $441,224 X 8% = $35,298 <br />. Contingency $ 23,662 <br />$464,886 <br />City Hall Fee Adjustment $1,698 <br />Additional fee increases during construction will be only for work authorized by the Owner, and <br />within the budget limitations of the remaining contingency amounts established by the Owner. <br />We are pleased that the bids came in favorably and on budget.
