Resolution declared adopted.
Mayor Blesener noted that the Planning Commission tabled action on
a proposed Amendment to the Zoning Code relative to fence permits
and driveway standards to their August meeting. 'therefore, this matter
should be tabled to the August 23`d City Council meeting.
Keis questioned the need to require currently unpaved driveway to be
paved. Blesener noted that the recommendation is that unpaved
driveways would be grandfathered in until there is a major remodeling
project proposed for the property. At that time the requirement to pave the
driveway would be imposed.
