MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JULY 26, 2006 <br />Allan stated that one of the Zoning Code review workshops the indication <br />was that any improvement of 25% or more to a structure would cause the <br />driveway paving requirement to come into play. <br />The Planner noted Chat the Planning Commission will discuss these issues <br />in their review of the proposed Zoning Code amendment. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-7-I70 -CONTINUING THE PUBLIC <br />HEARING ON THE PROPOSED ZONING CODE AMENDMENT <br />RELATIVE TO FENCE PERMITS AND DRIVEWAY STANDARDS <br />UNTIL THE AUGUST 23, 2006 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0).
