MINUTES <br />PLANNING <br />DECEMBER <br />COMMISSION <br />13, 1990 <br />DEVELOPMENT <br />STAGE & <br />FINAL STAGE <br />PUD, <br />PRELIMINARY <br />PLAT - <br />GRIEMAN <br />PROPERTY <br />of the final plat. <br />The City Planner reviewed the recommendations in his <br />report dated December 10, 1990. <br />Glanzer reported that City staff is recommending that <br />any approvals be subject to the developer entering into <br />a Development Agreement with the City to address street <br />and utility design review and approval by the City <br />Engineer. Also, the developer will be responsible for <br />any consultant review costs associated with this <br />development. <br />Garske recommended approval of the preliminary plat for <br />Frederickshaven as presented by Gordie Howe subject to <br />the recommendations of the City Planner as contained in <br />his report dated December 10, 1990 and subject to the <br />developer entering into a Development Agreement with <br />the City as recommended by City staff. <br />Motion seconded by DeLonais. <br />Motion carried 5 - 0. <br />Mr. Donald Bachmeier, Bachmeier Corporation, appeared <br />before the Commission requesting development stage and <br />final stage Planned Unit Development as well as <br />preliminary plat for his development proposal at 177 <br />East County Road B. <br />The City Planner reviewed his report dated dated <br />December 10, 1990. <br />The Commission asked about the exterior treatment of <br />the proposed buildings. <br />Bachmeier reported that their intention was to use <br />brick on exteriors that are exposed and concrete block <br />on other exterior walls. <br />DeLonais asked if Tax Increment Financing would be used <br />for this project. <br />Bachmeier replied that he is working with City staff to <br />put together a request for TIF assistance. <br />Page 2 <br />
