When our Park Consultant, Mr. Sanders, <br />approached me regarding this matter, I discussed it with <br />our Public Works Superintendent and our City Engineer. <br />After making site reviews, both of these people felt the <br />installation of the fabric was unnecessary. Therefore, I <br />have informed Mr. Sanders of that fact and the gravel base <br />has since been installed. <br />No action on the part of the Council is necessary at this <br />point in time.
