Hanson, city Administrator
RE: Plaque for Fire Station and City Center
MAYOR
Michael Fahey
COUNCIL
Beverly Scalze
Bill Bleacher
Rick Collova
Jim LaValle
In discussions with the architect, it appears that there has been no
planning from their end for plaques on either the Fire Station or
City Center buildings. If the Council desires to have such a plaque
on each of the buildings, we should thinking about the design.
According to Boarman & Associates, the cost of a 24 inch by 24 inch
plaque would be approximately $600, while an 18 inch by 18 inch
plaque would run between $350 and $400. It would take approximately
8 weeks to 2 months for a plaque to be made.
If you are interested in looking at it, we have the plaque from the
existing City Center building in the office.
Page 104
