The lot is located at 623 LaBore Road. <br />Mr. Tacheny is applying to subdivide that portion which abuts <br />LaBore Road away from the remaining portion which contains the <br />principal structure and fronts Payne Avenue, creating two lots. <br />As part of this application, Mr. Tacheny will also be acquiring a <br />16 foot wide strip abutting Payne Avenue and add that to his <br />existing frontage to meet the minimum street frontage <br />requirement. As a result of this application, Mr. Tacheny will <br />also be required to apply for a variance from the rear yard <br />setback of 30 feet. The existing house is located five feet from <br />the lot line which will become the new rear yard.
