MINUTES <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />NOVEMBER 8, 1990 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular <br />meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 8th day of <br />November, 1990 in the Council Chambers of the City <br />Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Robert Pedersen called the meeting to order at 7:30 <br />P.M. and the following members of the Commission were <br />present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Robert Pedersen, Chairman <br />Dave Bendel <br />Gene DeLonais <br />Claudia Drabik <br />Steve Garske <br />Art Herkenhoff (arr. 8:50 P.M.) <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: Peter Costa <br />ALSO PRESENT: Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Kathy Glanzer, Recording Secretary <br />There being no corrections to the minutes of the <br />October llth meeting, the minutes stood approved as <br />read. <br />KRIENKE Dr. George Krienke appeared before the Commission <br />LOT SPLIT requesting the division of his property at 89 West <br />& VARIANCE County Road C into two lots. <br />The City Planner reported that the City previously <br />rezoned the back 135 feet of the lots along County Road <br />C. Dr. Krienke is proposing to divide the rear 135 <br />feet of his lot, however, a variance will be necessary <br />since the lot does not meet the 11,000 square foot <br />minimum for corner lots. <br />DeLonais recommended approval of the variance from the <br />Code requirement of 11,000 square foot minimum for <br />corner lots for the Krienke property division as <br />recommended by the City Planner in his report dated <br />November 1, 1990. <br />Page 1 <br />
