Little Canada City Hall <br />Page 2 <br />Mr. Joel Hansen <br />Water Main <br />August 3, 1990 <br />A 16" ductile iron pipe water main exists within the Desoto Street right of <br />way adjacent to the Costa Development. Costs for the water main project were <br />previously assessed and deferred. (Water service to Pioneer Park has already <br />been placed from the 16" water main on Desoto Street at City expense.) No <br />additional water main improvements are needed other than the extension of <br />water services to adjacent lots. We recommend that the City not participate in <br />sharing costs for the placement of water services along Desoto Street. <br />Sanitary Sewer <br />Sanitary sewer facilities do not exist on Desoto Street adjacent to the Costa <br />Development. Pioneer Park receives sanitary sewer service off of Centerville <br />Road.
