The landowners are Ms. Frank Costa and <br />Peter Costa.. This application will resubdivide Lots 4 -12 and the <br />north 20 feet of Lot 13 and Lots 21 -31, Block 3, Gervais Heights, <br />Ramsey County. The new lot configuration proposes 48 new lots. <br />The subject property is zoned R -1, Single Family Residential. <br />Attached for reference: <br />Exhibit A - Site Location <br />Exhibit B - Preliminary Plat <br />Exhibit C - Suggested Redesign <br />ANALYSIS <br />Lots.
