We anticipate that this agreement <br />will be finalized and executed by Slumberland prior to <br />Wednesday's Council meeting. <br />The key components of this agreement are as follows: <br />* City Engineer will design the watermain extension <br />for that portion occurring on public right -of -way. <br />* Permission will be given to Slumberland to enter <br />upon the right -of -way and install the watermain <br />utilizing their own private contractor. <br />* The City will reserve the right to approve the <br />selection of their contractor. <br />* The City Engineer and other staff will oversee the <br />installation of the watermain to ensure that it <br />complies with City standards. <br />* The City will be responsible for obtaining any <br />easements that may be necessary. <br />Slumberland will reimburse the City for our costs <br />related to this project.
