RUG -21 -1990 08:19 FROM SWEENEY & BORER <br />TO LITTLE- CRNRDR P.05/10 <br />shall certify the satisfactory completion of the construction <br />and recommend the acceptance of the improvement by the City. <br />6. Easements. The City will acquire easements as <br />necessary for the construction of the improvement. The <br />Developer shall pay all costs relating to the acquisition of the <br />necessary easements, including attorney's fees, and the cost of <br />the necessary property, which the Developer agrees to pay within <br />30 days of billing by the City. <br />7. License. The Developer hereby grants the City, its <br />agents and employees, a license to enter the above - described <br />property to perform all necessary Work, maintenance and /or <br />inspections deemed appropriate by the City during the <br />installation of public improvements by the Developer. The <br />license shall expire after the public improvement installed <br />pursuant to the Development Contract has been installed and <br />accepted by the City. <br />8. Responsibility for Costs. The Developer shall pay all <br />costs in conjunction with the construction of the improvement <br />and all costs incurred by the City relating to the preparation <br />of this Agreement, and all reasonable costs and expenses <br />incurred by the City in monitoring and inspecting the <br />construction of the public improvement, and all of the costs <br />relating to the construction of this improvement, including, but <br />not limited to, attorney, engineering, and administrative fees. <br />All costs shall be paid within 30 days of billing by the City. <br />Page 12 <br />
