MINUTES <br />COSTA <br />ESTATES <br />PRELIMINARY <br />PLAT <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />September 13, 1990 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular <br />meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 13th day of <br />September, 1990 in the Council Chambers of the City <br />Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Robert Pedersen called the meeting to order at 7:30 <br />P.M. and the following members of the Commission were <br />present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Robert Pedersen, Chairman <br />Peter Costa <br />Gene DeLonais <br />Claudia Drabik <br />Steve Garske <br />Art Herkenhoff <br />MEMBERS EXCUSED: Dave Bendel <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Kathy Glanzer, Recording Secretary <br />Alan Hunting, City Planner <br />Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />There being no corrections to the minutes of the August <br />9, 1990 Planning Commission meeting, those minutes <br />stood approved as read. <br />Mr. Bob DeBace appeared before the Commission and <br />and presented a revised preliminary plat of Costa <br />Estates. DeBace pointed out the revisions in the <br />preliminary plat from the one that was presented to the <br />Commission at its last meeting. These include the <br />extension of Costa Lane (formerly identified as Noel <br />Drive) from Allen Avenue to a point approximately 800 <br />feet south, with Costa Lane then turning toward the <br />west and connecting with DeSoto Avenue. <br />The City Planner reviewed his report dated September <br />10, 1990 reporting that his office had no problem with <br />the lay -out of the preliminary plat. The only question <br />that he had was the acquisition of additional <br />Page 1 <br />
