A note should be added that states that only the City of Little Canada can <br />operate the watermain valves. <br />Detail Sheet <br />1. Additional street and utility details should be provided for review, including <br />manhole casting types, hydrant installation details, structure details, etc. <br />Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan <br />1. The individual responsible for the implementation of the SWPPP should be <br />noted on the plans. <br />2. Once the casting has been installed on the catch basins, the only allowed <br />inlet control protection should be the Wimco. <br />3. The seed type for the ponding area should be revised to Type 350 applied at <br />a rate of 350 pounds per acre. <br />4. A note should be added that the seeding operations should be in accordance <br />with a technical letter issued by MnDOT dated November 14, 2005 and titled <br />"Metro District Turf Establishment Recommendations". <br />Stormwater Management Calculations <br />1. This submittal includes exfiltration for the infiltration area. If exfiltration is <br />proposed as a means for this site, then a percolation test shall be completed <br />and final data submitted for review. <br />2. The pond area in the drainage calculations shall be accounted for separately <br />from other drainage areas. A curve number of 100 should be used for the <br />pond area. <br />3. A storm sewer pipe capacities spreadsheet should be submitted for review. <br />4.
