An additional note should be added for the infiltration basin that states that no <br />heavy equipment is allowed to drive in the area of the basin. <br />5. It would be our recommendation to have a straight 100-foot approach up to <br />the intersection to allow for a perpendicular approach to Labore Road. <br />6. A profile view of the proposed street with curve information should be <br />submitted. <br />7. Additional silt fence should be shown to cover the perimeter of the proposed <br />storm water pond. <br />8. A note should be added to the plans to mill the existing bituminous prior to <br />the final placement of the wear course. The area to be milled should be 4- <br />feet wide and 1.5" deep. <br />9. The proposed 878 contour, located around the perimeter of the storm water <br />pond, should be shown to tie into the existing 878 contour west of the pond. <br />10. A retaining wall is shown directly adjacent to the north property line of the <br />development. An easement must be provided to allow room for construction. <br />Details should be submitted as to the material and construction methods. <br />11. A detail was provided for the outlet control structure. The top of the casting <br />should have the slope reversed. <br />12. Details should be provided for the outlet of the drain the from the infiltration <br />basin. <br />13. Details should be provided that indicate proposed removals of existing <br />structures and access points. <br />14. The paved radius of the cul-de-sac should be 45 feet. <br />Utility Plan <br />1. A profile view of the utilities should be submitted. <br />2. Additional details should be provided for the sanitary sewer. Currently no <br />rims or inverts are indicated. We also question if there is adequate space for <br />the construction of the lift station in the location shown. Details on the lift <br />station including proposed manufacture should be submitted for review and <br />approval. <br />3. A sanitary sewer manhole should be added on the east side of Labore Road <br />and the gravity sanitary sewer extended to that point. <br />4. If ductile iron pipe is used as the material for the forcemain then it must be <br />wrapped. <br />5. The detail for the clean out should be revised to reflect a 4-inch service pipe. <br />The material for the wye should also be revised to PVC. No clean out risers <br />should be allowed within the bituminous pavement. <br />6. The required minimum size for the storm sewer is 15-inch RCP, except for <br />the leads from catch basins. These are allowed to be 12-inch RCP. <br />7. All watermain should be required to be a minimum size of 8-inches.- - - <br />8. All watermain should be wrapped. In addition, stainless steel bolts shall be <br />used on all fittings, hydrants, and valves. <br />9.
