June 7, 1991
515 Little Canada Road
Little Canada, Mn. 55117
Re: Meeting 6 -11 -91 7:30 PM
Thunder Bay area improvements
Attn: City Council of Little Canada
9
;AN,
b-9 \H
As I can not attend the Tuesday meeting, I would like to
submit for your consideration, these thoughts on the desig-
nated improvements.
Having lived on Greenbrier St., since 1959, and having
lived with a water problem, as well as all who live pn
Greenbrier St. for all these years, with our sump -pumps
and drain tile in full operation. I feel strongly that
any improvements to eleminate a water problem, had better
include the whole area.
I don't understand the thinking of assessing me, and my
neighbors to solve the problem of a new area with'the same
problem.
The Thunder Bay area has always been under water. The only
ones that probley were unaware of it were the buyers who
purchased the land in a dry period.
If there are to be some improvements to solve the water
problem...solve ours also.. or, let them get in line.
I've been waiting and fighting to get the water out of my
basement for thirty years.
Robert J. Kelley
2975 Greenbrier St.
Little Cana
ff /c
PAGE 1
