Drainage Ditch
To whom it may concern,
Joel Hanson
04/23/91
I'm writing this letter in regards to the drainage problem that so
many of us Lt.Canada residents have. Many of us residents attended a
meeting held on Wednesday, April 17, at Lt.Canada's City Hall.
My name is Patrick J. Rude, my address is 3018 Ontario Rd., and what I'm
concerned about is that the City of Lt.Canada gave my builders and I
permission to install a calvert system in my back yard back in April
of 1989. During the April 17th meeting Bill Blesener told the group
that the city would never have granted such permission for any installa-
tion of this sort. I have proof here on this copy form that permission
has been granted from your people, indicating that the calvert can be
installed at 3012, 3018 and 3024 Ontario Rd. Since then my builders,
Schwieters and Associates went ahead with the installation and charged
my wife and I $1100.00 out of pocket money for the work. Now my back
yard is the way it should have been in the first place. If any digging
has to be done, I want my back my yard put back exactly the way it is
now. You see, I had the problem once and had to deal with it myself.
Now because two neighbors are upset that they have a problem and can't
handle dealing with it themselves, I don't want to be accessed for their
negligence-for failing to act accordingly.
Signed, Patrick J.Rude
Page 20
