Kraus - Anderson Bowling <br />June 6, 1991 <br />Page 2 <br />Mingles will communicate to the Sheriff's <br />Department their awareness of any pending threats <br />or incidents related to their establishment. The <br />purpose in this communication will be to attempt <br />to avoid serious incidents. <br />* The City and the Sheriff's Department will provide <br />a monthly summary of police calls to Mingles in <br />order to help them evaluate the effectiveness of <br />their patrol activities. <br />* A meeting is scheduled for July 16, 1991 at <br />2:00 p.m. at City Hall to follow -up on the initial <br />results of the above - listed actions. <br />By copy of this letter, the City Council is being informed; <br />of the results of our meeting. This information will be <br />used to decide upon the renewal of your liquor licenses and <br />the 24 -hour operation of the bowling alley. This matter <br />will be considered at our Council meeting scheduled for <br />June 11, 1991 at 7:30 p.m. You are welcome to attend to <br />personally address any of these matters should you so <br />desire. <br />Thank you for your cooperation on this matter. By working <br />together to address our joint concerns, we should be able <br />to obtain our goal of fewer police calls to your <br />establishment.
