DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT <br />AGREEMENT, dated , 19_, by and between the <br />CITY OF LITTLE CANADA, a Minnesota municipal corporation <br />( "City ") and Ronald E. Palmen and Patricia A. Palmen, husband <br />and wife, Florence A. Turnquist also known as Florence Olson <br />Carlson, single, and Linda O'Connor, single, ( "Developers "). <br />1. Request for Improvement. The Developers have requested <br />the City to allow the construction of an extension of a <br />municipal water main to serve the Mid Oaks Plat within the City <br />of Little Canada, to serve the property of the Developers, <br />described as follows: <br />All of Little Canada Mid Oaks, County of Ramsey, State of <br />Minnesota. <br />The water main improvement is necessary to provide water <br />service and fire protection for the lot residential subdivision <br />located in the above - described plat as shown on attached Exhibit <br />A. The Developers will also be placing sanitary sewer services <br />to Lots 1 through 10, Little Canada Mid Oaks as previously <br />described. <br />2. Conditions of Approval. The City hereby approves <br />construction of the water main at such time as the Developers <br />enter into this Agreement and guarantee compliance with its <br />terms and conditions, and subject to evidence of necessary <br />approvals and easements from the St. Paul Water Department. <br />-1- <br />Page 108 <br />
