the same and recommend the acceptance of the improvement by the <br />City. <br />6. Easements. The City will acquire other easements as <br />necessary, including an easement from the St. Paul Waterworks, <br />which are located outside of the platted property for the <br />construction of the improvement. The Developers shall pay all <br />costs relating to the acquisition of the necessary easements, <br />including attorney's fees, costs, appraisals, and the cost of <br />the necessary property, which the Developers agree to pay within <br />30 days of billing by the City. <br />7. Consents to Easements. The Developers shall obtain <br />consents to any required easements as necessary, including <br />consents from Williams Pipeline. <br />The Developers warrant that the construction of the <br />watermain will not alter the proposed final grade in the area as <br />indicated in the grading plan approved by the City. Developer <br />further warrants that a minimum of 7.5 feet cover will be <br />maintained over the watermain after completion of final grading. <br />8. License. The Developers hereby grant the City, its <br />agents and employees, a license to enter the above - described <br />property to perform all necessary work, maintenance and /or <br />inspections deemed appropriate by the City during the <br />installation of public improvements by the Developers. The <br />license shall expire after the public improvement installed <br />pursuant to the Development Contract has been installed and <br />-3- <br />Page 110 <br />
