Residential developments with '
three or more units will be charged $500 per dwell-
ing. Previously only developments with five or more
lots were charged fees, and they were only $300 per
dwelling.
The fees are still only half the amount charged by
most neighboring communities, according to a memo
from Vadnais Heights Parks Director Martin Walsh.
But the newly approved measure calls for continuing
to raise the fees over the next three years to about 72
percent'of the average fee.
Council member Mark Haider, who had urged a
larger increase, nevertheless approved the measure
as "a good start."
Council member David Garceau cast the sole dis-
senting vote for the increase.
Page 117
Four!
cil to for
Martha
Goody
Good
grand a
2250 WI
It fon
ShopE
books, r
items fa
tinned 11
used art
Good.
who are
to gain
munity
Goody
in the Ti
St. Paul
Ave. The
West St.
sota 36 G
