Votel and members of the Investigation Unit reviewed the 1st <br />draft pawn shop ordinance you sent to me. <br />The opinion is that this 1st draft is superior to any ordinance <br />currently in place in the metro area. I have included some <br />recommendations that were suggested. You may wish to consider <br />these when preparing you final draft.
